Hitman Charters operates out of the Leathem Smith Marina located in beautiful Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin; located 30 minutes from Green Bay, Wisconsin on the Door County peninsula. It is surrounded by the waters of Lake Michigan to the east and Green Bay to the west, and is famous for world-class salmon fishing on the Bank Reef.

Hitman Charters targets screaming king salmon, steelhead, walleye, perch, and muskie in the waters of Lake Michigan and Green Bay off Door County, Wisconsin. Some of the season's largest fish are routinely caught from these waters.

Your 6 or 8 hour adventure begins early morning to see the sun rise or in the afternoon.  We will fish the area's unique structure, such as the Bank Reef, that provides consistent fishing and attracts BIG FISH.   When you arrive for your charter, you will find the hooks sharp with fresh leaders and the rods ready to go.  Maybe you can break Hitman's salmon record of 33 lbs.

We fish April through November out of two boats.  The 31' Silverton Sportfisherman can take groups up to six.  The 21' Alumacraft is perfect for one to three fisherman and is a multi-species boat.
